This project explores the daily experiences of delivery drivers in Shenzhen's Xinzhou Village, a thriving area shaped by the rapid growth of the food delivery industry. By analyzing their challenges such as unclear wayfinding, and safety issues—it identifies key needs across of delivery drivers. These insights inform strategies to create a more supportive urban environment for delivery drivers, ensuring that their essential role in modern cities is met with spaces and systems that enhance their efficiency, safety, and well-being.
